Born and raised in New York city, Hal David Zucker is an abstract artist with an academic background in psychology via The City College of New York. He has exhibited his work at the Spectrum and the Gimpel Galleries in New York City. He is periodically exhibited at the cornerstone Gallery of Fine Arts in Falls Village, Connecticut.
Broadly classified into the field of "Stain Painting", nature's creative process is the focal point of the artist's work. By using a molecularly created medium which has been redefined for painting: color, depth, transparency and dimentionality are synthesized with aura and enigma, yielding a unique hyper- abstract, Rorschach-like imagery. A phenomenon heretofore unrevealed through painting.
